We evaluate your hearing, communication needs and goals for your life.

Because we evaluate all your hearing and communication needs, we will recommend a treatment plan that is unique to you and designed to meet your needs.

CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE HEARING JOURNEY AND RESULTS

We make sure that you understand what steps will be taken on your journey to better hearing and what the realistic outcomes are for those steps.

SEEING AND HEARING THE BENEFIT

We will verify that the hearing instruments and accessories that go with them are working and provide the benefit that you need. This verification may be done through several clinically adopted tools such as Real Ear Measurement, Speech Mapping or Sound Field Verification.

TREATMENT IS MORE THAN JUST AN OFFICE VISIT

We work with you to create a long-term treatment plan, define follow-up appointments, perform regular ongoing evaluations, and any additional care that you may need to make sure you stay satisfied with your hearing in the years to come.

Ray Bamberg

BC-HIS

Ray has been helping people hear better for over 40 years. He has practiced in: Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas and New Mexico. Ray opened his first office in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1985.  “Hearing aids have come a long way. It’s been a wonderful adventure watching the industry change and aiding people in their hearing journey.”  You can see Ray in the Las Cruces office.

Tim Johnson

BC-HIS

Tim joined the family business in 2001. He has been serving Southern New Mexico with weekly hearing health centers in Silver City, Deming, T or C, Ruidoso, and Alamogordo. “Some of our patients don’t make it in to Las Cruces very often. I’m happy I can travel to these cities and provide hearing exams, hearing aids, and programming.”

Debbie Bamberg-Johnson

Debbie was first licensed in 1985 and tested hearing in the family’s 1st Las Cruces office. Since then, she took time off to raise a family and returned to the hearing health field in 2015.  You can see Debbie in the Las Cruces office.

Denise Power

Receptionist

Denise has worked with the team since 2003.   Her friendly, knowledgeable presence in the office keeps everything running smoothly. You can see Denise in Las Cruces for anything from hearing aid cleaning to insurance questions.

We offer locations all around southern New Mexico so we can be in your hometown or just a short drive away to assist with any of your hearing care needs.  Our locations are currently in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Deming, Silver City, T or C and Ruidoso.
